Letting fee of half months (minimum of £350.00) rent to source a suitable tenant. 2. After finding a suitable tenant if you require us to continue to manage your property our fee is 12.5% of the monthly rent. 3. To erect a TO LET sign there is no charge 4. Gas safety certificates are required by law. We charge £75 per property (parts not included). 5. An inventory is required at the commencement of all lettings. We charge 75.00 per property.
