If you are a Landlord or a potential tenant we will offer an excellent service which is second to none.   LANDLORDS We offer two types of service, the 'full management package' and the 'find a tenant only'. For the full management service we will erect a 'To Let' board outside your property to be rented. Take full colour photographs and upload them on to our web site and the right move website. We advertise every week in the Sale and Altrincham Messenger and in the Manchester Evening News. We will also display your property's details in our shop window. We will carry out as many viewings as is necessary to find the most suitable tenant. We then fully vet them for suitability and as we hold a data protection licence we carrying out our own credit checks so you know they have been personally checked for suitability. We carry out inventories on furnished properties and draw up the lease agreement acting as arbitrators between yourselves and your tenants. We will collect all rental income due and transfer the payments to your preferred bank account deducting 12.5% commission. We do not charge VAT. For this service we charge half a month's rent with a minimum being £375.00. We take all the hassle out of managing the property yourself. However, should you wish to manage the property yourself and only require us to find a tenant for you we will gladly carry out this service for you for a charge of 75% of the monthly rent. We will still carry out all of the above until the tenant has signed the lease agreement. We would then transfer all responsibility over to you.
