Dear Sir or Madam,   TENANT REQUIREMENTS -   1. Two references are required, one from your employer and one from your previous landlord. 2. A £200.00 administration fee (an extra £50 is added per additional person) is required to secure any property. On commencement of your tenancy another full months rent is required in clear funds. All future rents should be paid by standing order into our account. 3. Our normal tenancy is for a minimum of 6 months . 4. The property will be inspected within the tenancy at random to insure you are maintaining the property to the same high standard which you received the property. 5. Arrears of any kind will not be tolerated and notice will be given to any tenants should this arise.   OUR OBLIGATIONS.   6 . All our properties are refurbished to the highest standards. 7. All our properties have Gas Safety Certificates where applicable. 8. Any repairs/leaks will be carried out within two days of informing our office staff. 9. All deposits received will be returned if the property is not damaged in any way. Normal wear and tear is taken into account. Proof that all utility bills have been paid will be required.
